Existing such obstructions to be permanently removed before development commences. 5. Car parking facilities (including clear margins at side of parking areas) shown within curtilage of each dwelling, to be provided, hard surfaced and made available for use before dwelling is occupied and after always be maintained. 6. Before first occupation of dwelling, its access drive to be surfaced with tarmacadam or similar hard bound material (not loose aggregate) for distance of at least 5m behind highway boundary and be so maintained at all times. 7. No alterations and no building/ enclosure/ other structure to be erected within its curtilage. 11. Landscaping scheme to be fully completed, in accordance with details agreed under terms of condition 10, in first planting and seeding seasons following first occupation of any part of development or in accordance with a programme previously agreed in writing by LPA. Trees or plants removed/ dying/ severely damaged/ seriously diseased, within 5 years of planting to be replaced in the following planting season by trees or plants of similar size/ species to those originally required to be planted. 14. No part of development to be brought into use until such time as the agreed remedial works (including any further measures for monitoring level of contamination and/or effectiveness of remedial works), and any sound attenuation measures, have been implemented in accordance with a timetable of events, previously agreed in writing by LPA. Upon completion of approved remedial measures a site verification report to be provided to satisfaction of LPA, and to include conclusive evidence that remedial measures have been implemented and site is suitable for its intended use and would not be subject to excessive noise.
